Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT PRICE AND IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. The exact fee is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you see the full total before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 7 to 14 days after your order ships. Holiday periods can add a few days, so order early for birthdays and Christmas.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one console, they may arrive in separate packages.
Customs and duties
The product price plus the shipping fee shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. If a customs or import charge is ever requested on delivery, email us the receipt and we will reimburse it.
Bundle discount
Buy 2 consoles and save 10%. Buy 3 and save 15%. Mix any colors. The discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. The discount applies to the product price; shipping is charged separately.
Returns & refunds
30-day returns
Changed your mind? Return the console within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. Email support@decadedrop.com with your order number for return instructions. RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE IS NOT REFUNDED. The refund for the product is issued once the item is received and checked.
Dead on arrival, damaged or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer. In most cases you will not need to send it back.
Lost or late packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel for a full refund. Once the order is with the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day return window still applies.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need 5 to 10 business days to show it.
