How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 7 to 14 days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. The exact fee is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you see the full total before you pay.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Product price plus the shipping fee at checkout is the full amount. If a charge is ever requested on delivery, send us the receipt and we will reimburse it.
Bundles & pricing
How does the bundle discount work?
Buy 2 consoles and save 10%. Buy 3 and save 15%. Mix any colors. The discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. The discount is on the product price; shipping is charged separately.
Can I use a discount code on top of the bundle?
Bundle discounts don't combine with other discount codes. Checkout always applies the better deal.
The console
What's in the box?
The console, a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, a user manual and a screen protector. No wall adapter is included; any USB-A charger you already have will work.
How long does the battery last?
It has a 3500mAh battery and charges over USB-C. Actual play time depends on screen brightness and what you run on it.
What system does it run?
An open-source Linux system with WiFi built in, so it's flexible for people who like to set things up their own way.
Returns & problems
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE IS NOT REFUNDED.
It arrived damaged, dead, or it's the wrong item. What now?
Email a photo or short video and your order number to support@decadedrop.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it for a full refund.
